At Magical Sprouts Nursery, we believe every native plant has a story and every garden has the power to support something greater. What began as a passion for butterflies and pollinator conservation has grown into a mission to help others create thriving, beautiful spaces that support native ecosystems.

 

Founded by Kym Martin, a certified Master Gardener and pollinator advocate, Magical Sprouts Nursery was inspired by her grandfather Charlie, whose quiet love for growing things and admiration for monarch butterflies planted the first seeds of this dream. One of the greenhouses now carries his name, a reminder that every seed started here is rooted in family, purpose, and care for the living world.

 

Through hands on experience in native gardening, habitat restoration, and monarch butterfly conservation, Kym also leads Magical Monarchs, an outreach initiative focused on education and habitat restoration for monarchs in Tennessee and beyond.

 

Kym now brings that same dedication to others, offering one on one support, monarch waystation planning and design, educational workshops, and  nursery grown native milkweeds.
